Lent Term 2008

Disco, Disco, Dancing!
9th February

On the 9th February 2008, the 1s had their Valentines Dance in the East Wing Hall. It was a magical night and love filled the air, you could actually feel it because of the mood and tone.  The decorations were very nicely done.  Everywhere shone brightly. It looked very beautiful.

Everyone looked really nice and made a very big impact on the dance. There were quite a few good songs and everyone danced and had fun. It started at 7:15 and ended at 8:45. I particularly enjoyed dancing with my friends. My favourite song was 'The Worlds Greatest' by R Kelly. It was the right song for the moment.

Overall it was great fun and I thought that everyone had a great time! I did!

On Saturday 9th February the 1s were getting ready for their Valentine’s Dance. The East Wing Hall was decorated from head to foot in hearts, and anything else red or pink.

The songs were varied from ‘Living on a Prayer’ to ‘Bleeding Love’, which was organised by the gappies. There were crisps, Haribo, Coke, and Lemonade.

The 1s piled into the East Wing Hall at 7:30pm. After 20mins of sheer clubbing Mr. Moore piled on the food.

All in all it was a great night and thank you to all the teachers and gappers involved.
