The aim of the ICT department at Ashdown House is to enable all the children to be confident and effective users of ICT and to encourage them to reach their maximum potential while gaining an active interest in ICT. Each child has at least one core ICT lesson each week of 35 minutes. ICT skills are further supplemented across the curriculum through subject areas. The
school has approximately 60 networked computers . Each child has
an individual email
address and monitored access to the Internet.
